Hardship happens
the fools and the weak go emo, they have no other coping mechanism
the fools and the strong go hardcore, they have moved beyond self-loathing moans
the wise and the strong develop depth and range
they can commiserate with the emo
they can roar with the hardcore
they can love them to wisdom and maturity
